JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef looking for the next big step in your culinary career? Or a Sous Chef looking for a change of scenery? 

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Sous Chef to assist in running our kitchen at Avon Valley Inn. 

Option for the right applicant to work across multi venues each with different menus and cuisines. 

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and step up into a more senior role with room for growth.


RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Chef de Partie
Head Chef
Sous chef

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, ready to take the next step

  • Ability to work across multiple sites with efficiency and consistency

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills

  • Passion for high-quality ingredients and innovative menu creation

  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
